1997
A play based by Nick Darke on the true story of the Camelford water pollution incident, when 20 tonnes of aluminium sulphate was placed in the wrong tank at South West Water treatment works in North Cornwall.
A satirical comedy about pollution, corruption, greed and cover-up, the play takes place behind the scenes at 'Cubert Pollution Control' where, echoing the real Camelford incident, the characters Milt and Patsy engage in a desperate battle with the bureaucrats to expose the truth.
There is also a version of the play set in North America.
